ISO room for rent

Preferences: Absolutely NO DRUGS--NO "420 friendly" or "partying lifestyle". AT ALL. Looking for rental available in 6+ months. (If current roommate(s) planning on leaving within 1 year, please let me know.)

Unfurnished is fine. No more than 15 min walk to metro station, long term rental (1+ year lease likely to be renewed annually), laundry in unit or on site, access to kitchen & living room, shared bathroom is fine, internet and/or utilities included or shared at low cost.

Gender or orientation of roomate(s) don't matter. More than 1 roomate ia fine. Any sized private room is fine. Please have LEGAL source of income, NOT illegal.

About me: laid back, responsible, reliable, open-minded, good sense of humor, like conversations about many topics & interests, don't expect "instant friendship" from roomate(s), I'm quiet/not loud, rarely have guests visit & if do it's no more than 1 or 2 people for a short period of time. Don't expect to have overnight guests unless permitted in lease agreement for limited # of nights per week. Usually I don't have overnight guests at all. Non-smoker, drinking just doesn't interest me, but don't care if you do. Prefer roommate doesn't smoke cigarettes indoors.

I'm ALWAYS early or on time with rent! (You must provide me with rent receipts with name & signature for my records, as well as a second original signed & dated lease agreement for my records, not a photocopy or picture.)

I can provide references. Background check is fine, but I would need to see your background check as well in the same format that you would require of me.

I get along well with all types of people. Honest, respectful, caring, patient, open-minded (with the exception of 420 friendly, drug use, or partying lifestyle). Please be sane & down to earth.
