Professional Woman Seeking a Private Room and Bathroom

Important: My current lease ends October 14, 2026, and I am required to provide a 60-day notice to vacate. I am looking to secure my next living arrangement in advance, so please only contact me if you are seriously interested and willing to hold the room for an agreed-upon October move-in date. Because I work from home, I also need adequate space for a workstation, reliable internet, and a reasonably quiet environment during working hours. I’m not particularly comfortable living with cats, so a cat-free home would be the best fit for me. I need a walk-in closet because I have a lot of clothes and shoes. I also need a room big enough for a work station.

I am a 48-year-old professional woman seeking a private room with a private bathroom in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. I am available to move beginning October 1, 2026, and my budget is $750–$900 per month, including utilities.

I am respectful, responsible, clean, hygienic, organized, drug-free, drama-free, and a non-smoker. I do not drink or party, and I have a clean criminal background. I am looking for a peaceful, safe, and comfortable home with a roommate who shares similar qualities.

I recently relocated from San Antonio back to the Dallas–Fort Worth area after ending a 23-year career with AT&T to return home. I currently work as a Leave of Absence Coordinator with Sedgwick and work from home.

I am friendly and outgoing, but I also respect privacy, personal space, and household boundaries. I have my own queen-size bedroom furniture, so I prefer an unfurnished room. A large closet is important because I have plenty of clothing and need adequate storage space.
