Hi! I'm Emily, a 25 year old undergrad student at Mannes School of Music. I'm looking for a place to rent during my next (and last) school year, August through May 2025. My budget is $1,150/month or less. Since I go home during the summer, I need a place that is furnished. I have asthma and I'm an opera singer, so I can't live with a smoker.
I'm LGBT friendly, pet friendly (especially cats), and I am considerate to the people I live with (e. g. I keep shared spaces clean). I love to cook and bake, so I really need a place with an oven. If you have a cat, that's a huge plus for me because I really miss my cats back at home.
