I’m a newly retired teacher based in Florida who frequently travels to NYC, and I’m looking for a place to stay for long weekends, a week, or occasionally up to a month. My dates are flexible, and I’m happy to plan around availability.
I’ve been a FiDi resident for over 25 years (back when it wasn’t so popular!) and have been fortunate to stay on John Street for many years while a friend traveled. Unfortunately, she has recently relocated, so I’m now looking for a new arrangement. I get along great with front desk personnel. (116 John was the last dozen years).
I’m a fun, respectful, and responsible homeowner with excellent references. I’m open to renting a full apartment or a room, ideally furnished. I’m also happy to help complete a lease term if needed.
