I am a teacher in FL and frequently travel to the city.
I've been fortunate with staying on John Street at my friend's place for the past dozen + years while she travels. She retired and decided to stay there full time.
I'm open for suggestions, times, dates, etc. to be in the city. Either the entire place or a room for various trips.
Open to other areas in MANHATTAN, preferably below 96th Street on either side. Little Italy, SoHo, TriBeca, W. Village, E. Village, Battery Park, Midtown, Kips Bay, Murray Hill, Union Square, Gramercy, Chelsea, Hudson Yard
