1 Mom, 1 Kid

I’m a full-time caregiver. I work for companies that help adults with disabilities (near Anaheim) during the week and kids with disabilities (in LA) on the weekend.
I'd prefer to move closer to my Anaheim job if possible.
I'm trying to find as cheap rent as I can so I can pay down my debts from my previous marriage and improve my credit. I'd prefer 500-800 but I can do 1k at the highest for now.
I have a Drivers License and a van. If our schedules work together, I can give you rides.

I have a well behaved 11-year-old son. I’d probably only have him with me part-time, but because of this, I need you to be able to pass a background check as well. My son would only be at the living space with me there -never by himself.
We gave up our cat but we still have a small (short), very social and sweet 4-year-old dog that's been living with my parents for years. When she's healthier, she's 30 pounds. I'd take her for walks every day to fix this. If you're open to meeting her, that would be lovely. Please let me know either way. I can get the ESA paperwork again if need be, but regardless, I prefer to either have her at my parent's house or live in places that welcome dogs so there's no issues. I'm definitely open to having her meet another dog and seeing if they get along. So far she's afraid of cats which means she keeps her distance. I don't mind keeping her in my room, aside from leashed walks. She's crate trained if need be as well.
I value safety, health and integrity. I'm productive but I welcome conversation and friendship.
I'm very happily taken so I'm not interested in anything romantically.
I'm trying to move as soon as possible. Due to things I can't control, I need to move out of my current place by 9/30 at the very latest.
