I’m Laura. I am looking to rent a private room by June 1st. My budget is $1000 per month and open to negotiation. I work in the food service industry and have been residing in Brooklyn two years.

My friends would describe me as responsible, courteous, independent and easy going. Most recently I have applied to CUNY Brooklyn College to pursue a career in nursing. My typical work schedule is Tues – Sun from 2pm – 10pm and I have Mondays off. Due to my late schedule, I am usually up by 10am and leave by noon. I typically return home by 11pm or midnight. I cherish my sleep routine and don’t have guests.

In my free time I enjoy going to restaurants, visiting friends and shopping. While I am a quiet person, I am totally cool with my roommates hosting small gatherings. I like to keep common living spaces clean and value coming home to a clean/relaxing environment. I do my dishes after each meal and organize my belongings after a long days work. However I am totally open to the idea of a cleaning schedule if that is what my roommates prefer.

Some random quirks about me: I play piano, enjoy sowing and having a round of IPAs with my friends at the local pub. I love animals but unfortunately do not have any of my own. While I do not smoke, it is not something that bothers me.
