I'm a 25-year-old Bioinformatics research associate at Mount Sinai Health System and I'm looking for a single or double room to rent. I'll be available to move from 4/15/2023. I have a budget of $1,601/month for areas in Upper East Side, and for other areas, my budget is $1,201/month.
I'm open to sharing the apartment with people of any age and I'm particularly interested in apartments that feature shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Whether it's a 2 bed 1 bath, 3 bed 1 bath, 4 bed 2 bath, or even a 5 bed 2 bath, I'm open to it all!
As a roommate, I'm quiet and respectful of others' space and privacy. I don't smoke indoors, but I'm open to living with someone who smokes outdoors. I'm a foodie at heart and enjoy cooking and trying out new restaurants, and I'm also into sports (tennis, badminton) and staying active. While I'm pet-friendly, I don't have any pets of my own.
