Young college students moving states for school

Me (19f) and my boyfriend (18m) are moving from Washington State to the Hillsboro area because my boyfriend is pursuing an aviation degree and pilots license from Hillsboro Aero Academy. I work as a full time nanny and part time server and plan to do the same once making the move. We typically keep to ourselves while at home, a lot of movies, video games and board games but love the opportunity to go out with friends once in a while, to go on beach trips, concerts or just out to party. We would love a bedroom and private bathroom and are open to a shared living area but we do spend a lot of time in the living area. We are looking for preferably another young couple or just a group of friends that share our same interests!
