Looking for a room

Hi there. I'm a Mexican aspiring professional triathlete currently living in the Bay Area and moving to SoCal to be closer to family. I'm a fitness and healthy lifestyle fanatic and help others live a wholesome life as a strength, endurance, nutrition, and behavioral coach. I'm usually out the door by 5a and back around 8p. On the weekends, if not traveling for a race, I'm usually out on a long ride or run. I'm looking for a room where I can sleep with space to train within the room or house or yard/patio/garage. I consider myself to be easygoing and respectful of others' space and rules. I love the outdoors and anything active. I like to have fun and try and experience new things in life.
