Hello! I'm looking to join a lease starting April 1 (can make March 1 work if necessary). I'm 28 years old and work in theater production. I'm typically in office 9-5 Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays. I love to read, game, and constantly change what kind of craft I’m obsessed with (currently on a crochet kick). I like to keep the common areas tidy and inviting, and while I almost never bring people over, I don't mind living with someone who likes to host. I'd like my home to be warm and peaceful. As someone who has a stressful job and not a lot of free time, a place where I can just relax would be welcome. I'm always down for a chat/check-in and love to learn new things about my roomies. But I also really value my alone time, so someone who can respect that is also appreciated.
