Looking for new place and a roommate! March 2023

Hello! I’m Tyrell and I’m looking for a new place to stay with nice, reliable, professional, conversational, LGBTQIA+ friendly adults. I am 30 yrs old and my work is currently in film and television. I’m looking for a new place to stay due to my current neighborhood becoming unsafe. With that being said safety and security is my ultimate #1 priority. Having A surveillance system is a must along with a safe environment surrounding the home. I’m a bit of a stickler for home maintenance and aesthetics so the newer the better! I’d like to have my own bathroom and utilize a shared washer/dryer within the home. I’d also like to have an easeful parking experience as well with a garage or some sort of covering. I’m really an easy going person that enjoys conversation and connecting with people. I’d like to say I’m 50/50 extroverted and introverted.
