Retired veterinarian assistant

I would like to work together to keep things a happy home. I for one don’t ask much. Iam intrested in the small room $500. And would be glad to do light house work, gardening, and cleaning, If asking for a higher rent theses are the things I would like to do to makeup for a higher rent. I get a very small SS check each month. $701.00 that is why Iam willing to work to keep up the home. Iam looking for a furnished room and I only smoke outside never in the house if I had a pet it would be a cat. I’m a very quiet and honest person. I would love to have someone around my age group so we could sit and talk of a good old days I’m a home type person, I do not go out only to shop or to a restaurant I would not have company for if someone came to see me they would have to pick me up. I would respect The home as if it were my own, I would like to have someone with the same interest as I I love to garden and be outside. I love to have a nice quiet place to call home. I never play loud music or have my TV loud. I’m just a basic person that loves peace and quiet at my age. Please consider me as the place I am now in Carries so much drama with people running in and out all day. I try to stay out of everyone’s way so most of the time I’m in my room or in the backyard. That’s the only place I get my peace of mind.
