My son and I

I am a professional female aged 46 who works in Ed-tech. I am available to move on 3/4/26 and ideally would like to rent for 3-5 months. I would prefer to share with females or gay males between 30 and 60 years old. I am allergic to pets (other than very clean hypoallergenic dogs). I am extremely clean and can only share with others who value cleanliness and respect for others privacy. I am originally from SoCal but have lived all over the world and will be moving back from the Dominican Republic & Atlanta where I’ve been (mostly) living for the past five years.
I travel often to my home in the Dominican Republic which is why I don’t want to get a place on my own as I am in DR about 30% -50% of the time depending on my work schedule. When I am in town I work a lot (and travel for work about 25% of the time) and sometimes I do work from home, which means I need a place that’s quiet during the day since I host zoom meetings. I’d prefer a room with a private bathroom though I don’t mind sharing other amenities.
A little more About me: 46, female, Ivy League educated. I’ve lived in 5 countries and traveled to 28, which means I can get along with good people of all backgrounds.
I meditate daily so a space that’s quiet early mornings is perfect
I love to cook tasty healthy simple meals.
I am a total neat freak especially within the kitchen and bathroom.
I am allergic to artificial fragrances but love essential oils and natural fragrances.

My beautiful son is queer and MAY visit when he has breaks from college, though we usually travel to DR during his breaks.
I do not engage in negativity, that includes gossip, social media or anything that is not constructively building us into better humans. I am laser focused on positivity and growth and practice what I preach relentlessly as a life coach and lifetime educator. I am extraordinarily kind and very no nonsense, I cut my professional teeth in New York City, but was raised on the beach in Cali so I’m a little bit of everything!
