Looking for medium or large size room in Essex, Hudson or Union county or even Staten Island NY preferably but will consider other places that may be in budget. Looking for myself n my partner. Current our budget is $900 max a month. I am a lupus warrior and my only form of income is SSI and my partner is also on ssi. i am unfortunately not able to afford utilities or security on top of that so hopeless looking for a room that only requires first month rent to move in. Im a very down to earth person very helpful and easy to get along with. Although i do have lupus i am fully capable of taking care of myself and don't need any accommodations made for me. My partner however is physically disabled and in a wheelchair so the room would need to be accessibable to him . Please help me out n consider renting to us we are good kind heart people that just need the kindness returned back
