Hi Looking for a Room to Rent !

Hi, I am currently looking for a room to rent so I can move out of the room I'm currently in. My rent limit is $800-$900. I was born and raised in New York City and would like to stay in the Woodside area if it’s possible or in the city near Union Square. Here are a few other things about me I'm 27 with a full time job near Union Square. I love animals and reptiles, tattoos, hiking, music (especially jazz or novo amor), board games or video games, I enjoy having personal talks and I'm a night owl (I enjoy my night strolls). I am Hispanic (I don't speak much of it), female, single and with no pets. I also don't drink (wine sometimes) or smoke and I don't cook, I don't do big parties (in apartment) and loud noises. For a roommate I am currently looking for someone who is very clean, understand mental health is important, no pets, no smoking (in the apartment), drinking is fine if it doesn't cause issues of course (I enjoy wine from time to time) and no drama, no big parties or events in the apartment, quiet and I would like to respect each others space since its shared.
