Returning to do personal business.

I am a retired professional who lived and worked in Seattle for many years. While retired I have had the opportunity to travel extensively in Asia and Latin America. I speak pretty decent Spanish. I now have personal business to take care of in Seattle which requires a long term commitment. I have a great deal of flexibility with the housing arrangements and have an independent mail box service where I receive my mail. However, to satisfy banking requirements, I need to be able to register my room as my residence with the post office even though I won't be receiving mail there. I will pay extra for that.
