Looking for furnished room in Charlotte Region

Looking for a furnished bedroom (bed, dresser, closet), utilities (all inclusive - Electric, gas, water, lawn care, high speed WiFi), access to public transportation.

I'm a quiet, easy-going, friendly, respectful, clean, single 49yr old (mature black male), early retiree (Federal analyst). I have no reservations (except cleanliness, quietness, friendliness and kindness). Like to cook (a few times per week) but generally stay in my room. Usually have no visitors or surprise guests (at preference). When I'm there, people hardly know I'm home, most time.

I require quietness (no loud talking, tv/music, no slamming doors, etc.) no parties, couples, or long term 'visitors,' overnight stays or young children.

I smoke socially but when I do, its responsibly outside. Smoke indoors bothers me. I like to chill, talk, drink a beer and watch a game or movie sometimes. I love dogs and cats.

I do not eat out or order food. Therefore, I require full kitchen use (utensils, cookware, plates, cups, etc., refrigerator and cabinet space). Would need use of laundry facilities as well.

Not looking for a rooming company, institutionalized, extensive rules type place. I'm not in 'transition,' Im retired; not looking to have 3+ roommates (too many personalities...prevents contention).

I do not currently own pets, but enjoy their company and have no problems sitting for them. That about sums it up.
