Hello, I am looking to rent a room in a house, preferably with internet included, and ideally, laundry facilities.
I am 45 years old, disabled but also in college through Mt. Sac and Kern Community College District to complete my history and anthropology associates degrees. Seeing as I am an older student, I would make a good housemate for working professionals, other older students, or younger students who would prefer housemates who aren't wild or partyers. I live in shared housing and I have some roommate trauma so now I'm just looking for a peaceful living situation.
I don't smoke or drink, I prefer to be home by nightfall, and I tend to go to bed early, although if there are nights where I am staying up late, I will be considerate and do my utmost not wake housemates. I am shy and might keep to myself at first, but once I get to know you I will be more outgoing. I like to be clean, but I am not going to get on anyone's case if it's not absolutely perfect.
