I'm employed full-time in the hospitality industry Fri.-Tue. working afternoons into nights, in the process of applying to school.

Looking for a room to rent at least until August 2023 and for potentially longer.

What I contribute: Rent paid on time always, and usually weeks before it's due as well as $ for utilities etc.
