Hi,

Looking to go in on a new 2bd/2ba townhouse with garage parking with someone. Interests: the beach, outdoors, yoga, and anything that keeps the stress low. I currently live on my own in Aliso Viejo, a 1bd/1ba condo. The details I love: single detached garage parking space (great for storage and a safe kept car), washer/dryer on patio (full size that handles bedding well), gated, and space for my peloton bike in the living room. I’ve been here 2 years and I am considering finding an amazing roommate to go in on a new place for 2bd/2ba in Aliso Viejo/ Irvine/ Costa Mesa area (flexible around orange county but prefer within 15-20 min to the beach). I’ve had great roommate experiences in the past and I am open to saving money for the right fit. Keeping a space clean and tidy and respecting one’s space and each other is top priority for me. I’d like to find a place where it’s a good fit for both me and the landlord/other tenant/new roomie.
