Seeking roomie or room in house, Orange County

Hi,

I’m a CPA coming from public accounting. I love the beach, outdoors, yoga, and anything that keeps the stress low. I currently live on my own in Aliso Viejo, a 1bd/1ba condo. The details I love: single detached garage parking space (great for storage and a safe kept car), washer/dryer on patio (full size that handles bedding well), gated, and space for my peloton bike in the living room. I’ve been here 2 years and I am considering finding an amazing roommate to go in on a new place for 2bd/2ba in Aliso Viejo/ Irvine/ Costa Mesa area (flexible around orange county but prefer within 15-20 min to the beach). I’ve had great roommate experiences in the past and I am open to saving money for the right fit. Keeping a space clean and tidy and respecting one’s space and each other is top priority for me. I’d like to find a place where it’s a good fit for both me and the landlord/other tenant/new roomie. I’m bubbly but at home like a little more quiet and love alone time but can be talkative if someone is up for convo or watching a show. I love dogs and open to animals. I don’t have many guests much as we usually meet up somewhere to get outside. Maybe one friend over for coffee, but it really is a rarity. I have some minimal plants I try to keep alive, and I’m just a low key person in general. I do have a full apartment worth of things- full kitchen, nice couch, and mounted tv. Thus I am looking to likely go in on a new place with someone but I am open to joining someone and merging our things or getting a storage space. I look for a place that I will feel comfortable in. My furniture style is a slightly modern looking place with some cozy aspects. I treat everyone’s property like it’s my own- aka I clean often and don’t break things.

Date range goal: as soon as July 1 but more likely Aug 1.
