Quiet Phd Female student seeking a room!
Hi all! I'm Jane and I am a female 1st year PhD student and am 25. I am looking for a room in a female-occupied unit. I am available to move in mid-January. My budget is $1,200/month. I'm seeking to live with female roommates only, who are also young working professionals or students in 20s and 30s.
I'm clean, quiet, and respectful. I don't smoke/vape/etc so I prefer my roommates have the same habits. I don't have pets. I don't party, but I'd like to have the option to bring guests, but will be respectful of boundaries and expect similarly.
For apartments, I'm seeking somewhere with an easy commute to the city i. e. walkable to subway in Queens namely Forest Hills, LIC, Sunnyside, and Woodside. I'd like to have laundry in the building although in unit is preferred.
