34 year old Female seeks a room

I am a female aged 34. I am looking for a room in queens, Astoria or Sunnyside being at the top of the list. I am available to move from may 1st, it could push it a little earlier if needed and have a budget of $1200 a month. I would like it to be relatively close to a subway stop and have laundry in building or nearby. I generally just like to relax when I’m at home , I never bring the party home and if I have a guest over we’re probably just watching something/cooking or playing a game. I work 5 days a week at my full time job and work weekends at a second job, so when I’m home I mostly just want to relax. Common areas being kept clean is a must. I don’t smoke and would prefer roommates that don’t as well. I don’t have any pets but love animals so I’m fine with an apartment with pets.
