Retired Male Seeking Great Room or ...

Hello. Thank you for reading my post. I am a single active retired man seeking a spacious room or a bungalow, in-law apt., cottage, RV or trailer and or a small studio. I have a steady reliable income (Social Security) and have a fair to good credit rating. I pay all my bills on time and have rarely missed a payment. I pretty much keep to myself, like to keep things clean, am respectful of other people's privacy and don't mind helping out if or when I'm needed. Since retired, I enjoy traveling, hiking, exploring, visiting friends and relatives and volunteering. I'm looking for a clean and respectful environment. I do enjoy good quality conversation, gardening and simple cooking. I try to eat healthy as far as I can afford to. My move-in date would be Sept. 1 and I'm praying for a price range of around $900 per month or less. I have a really good past employment history and excellent references. Important to me are off-street parking, washer/dryer access, Internet access (Wi-fi), a safe neighborhood and a friendly roommate who is also respectful of my privacy. If we're talking about a studio or trailer or something like that, some of the above does not apply. If you're looking for a good, responsible person to rent to or live with, that's me.
