Room Wanted for recent Grad

I have gotten spontaneous work and have to move back into NYC quickly! I am currently staying with a friend but would like to move ASAP. I’m looking for peace in my home, a drama-free living environment. Chill energy is very appreciated.

I like to have guests over, but thanks to my work schedule it may not happen often. Of course I like to ask before just inviting people over. I smoke, not cigarettes, but am definitely able to smoke outside if necessary. I have an air purifier for smoking inside! I prefer a space that has a patio, balcony, yard, or roof access if smoking outside is required, but it is not a must-have.

I am totally able to follow a cleaning routine or schedule, I just ask for clear communication and flexibility because my job schedule changes frequently. I work in theater and work days, nights, or both, depending on the week. I often work 6 days with Mondays off, which I prefer to rest during.

I have a hypoallergenic cat named Oliver, he is super sweet and friendly and he is great with other animals. We have experience fostering and he has been called the perfect foster brother! It would be ideal to move with him, though the urgency of my move invites me to consider other options. However, I am not open to a long-term stay in an apartment that is not pet friendly.
