Seeking to Rent a Private Bed/Bath w/good people.

I recently worked full time as a Stage Hand for various MGM properties, but due to a recent job related spine injury, I'm now working in the Expo/Convention industry 40+ hrs a week, and also volunteer with an off-road Search/Rescue/Recovery 1st Responder group working often with State Law enforcement agencies.

Beyond that, I'm a 28 year National award winning Construction Project Design Engineer in Las Vegas.

I was born in Las Vegas, but grew up in the Bahama Islands and Florida before returning to Vegas.

I maintain integrity, intelligence and humor in life and am very clean (rather OCD, clean & organized), very respectful of others and maintain a continued high work ethic. Rare today.

I PREFER a non-furnished bedroom larger than the standard 10'x10' if possible, with a private bathroom or a shared bathroom with a very clean person. Partly furnished room is also okay. Larger walk-in closet also preferred.

Prefer all utilities included in monthly rent, with laundry facilities available in-house. I have no pets but love all animals. I enjoy cooking healthy and organic meals when possible.

I do smoke cigarettes lightly but never indoors. I don't do any drugs or smoke weed but don't care if you enjoy 420. I don't do drama well so looking for a mostly peaceful home environment.
