Stable income and good credit rating; no legal judgments/arrests; no drug use or excessive alcohol use.

1 sweet cat, and I'm in the process of quitting cigs with Chantix (smoke moderately/can do it outside).

Previously lived in the City on Russian and lower Nob Hills while on a leave of absence from Stanford U., graduated from there and then Columbia Law. I became hooked on San Fran's beauty and want to return. I know it has changed a lot but have spent time there several times in the recent past.
