Clean. Responsible. Respectful.  Non-smoker.  Employed.  Also, my position required an extensive background check (credit, criminal, and driving records).  I have been licensed and fingerprinted through the state of Illinois and the FBI.  You would also be more than welcome to speak to my current/ former landlords/housemates. Prefer kitchen/laundry privileges. Must be non-smoking. I work a lot of hours, so I am just looking a clean, safe, and affordable place to be when not working. I will also help with housework, yard work, and pets (if you have them).   I offer help with the house and bills, without the homeowner having to sacrifice much privacy. Perhaps an elderly person/couple needing supplemental income, help with housework, yard work, and pets (if applicable). I am fully vaccinated (including a booster).I look forward to hearing from you.
