Hello!

My name is Dan and I've been in NYC for 9 years now. I’m a journalist working mainly in sports and theater.

I prefer to be in Brooklyn but I am open to Manhattan/Queens.

My budget is $1100-1500 for a roommate situation and $1800 for a single living space.

I am WFH some days but can make myself scarce as needed.

I’m fairly tidy. I try to make sure I go to bed with no dishes in the sink; on weekends, I like to vacuum/dust/clean surfaces, etc.

My interests include watching TV (my tastes are wide-ranging from sitcoms to fantasy to sports), going out with friends, relaxing at home with a good book, going on long walks, taking trips to the mountains or the beach, and cooking at home.

I tend to be on the quieter side as a roommate as I like my solo time when I have it. Happy to hang out and relax and cook a meal together on occasion!
