We are a nice young couple looking for a room in a shared apartment to live our first year in New York. We are accompanied by our cat, Marty. We are looking for a room with a private bathroom. If the apartment is small, we can share a bathroom. We do not have any particular requirements for the size of the room. We would like to be able to share time with our roommate.
