I am seeking a Bedroom with Private Bath rental — in a peaceful, clean, long-term (minimum 6 months) — home. I am not looking for multiple roommates. Just ONE.

I am a mature female, working full-time (outside of the house). I have my own business.

I can pay up to $1,500 per month (I do have a little flexibility on how much I can pay for the right place) and I MUST HAVE MY OWN BATHROOM. I am also open to renting a very large Studio or a one bedroom apartment — if you have one available.

I am very active (busy), considerate and communicative. I am friendly, but will respect your space. I exercise regularly, eat well (well, mostly) and take good care of myself. I am outgoing and productive. I am youthful for my age. I am CLEAN and a stickler for cleaning up after myself and leaving the rooms clean. I am spiritual. I do not smoke. I am healthy.

I pay my rent on-time and I make good decisions.

Please note: I think cats are wonderful, but I am highly allergic to them. So, I wouldn’t be able to live in the same home that has a cat.
