Mildly disabled female with service dog (fed I.D.)

At first I wanted to find a shared rental where there is only one other person in the house or perhaps one other and their spouse, or their child. I have even considered that the ideal rental for me might be a house or apartment by myself. However, I am trying this site because I am not sure that I could find one for around $1,000 a month, even though my brother, who has great credit, is willing and able to help financially with some or all of the rent.
ABOUT ME: I am blind in one eye and partially disabled (But can climb stairs). I am on SSI but my brother has for 10 years helped me with my rent. I have no credit but he has great credit. He is willing to put my rent payment on auto-pay. His current landlord will tell you for 10 years he has paid his rent early. I have a Boston Terrier and I can show you his federal ID card that he is a true service dog. I do NOT want to sub-lease. I have no criminal record, do not use illegal drugs and never been evicted. I never have visitors except my brother.
     QUESTIONS I HAVE:
1. Size of room and square feet of house.
2. Private bathroom?
3. Do all utilities include internet and T. V.
4. Does Clark County tax assessors office show you as the property owner ?
5. Does owner live on or off property?
6. What will be maximum number in the house?
7. How many total bedrooms are in the house?
8. How old is the house?
9. Is it house or apartment or townhouse?
