Hello, I'm looking for a room to rent
ASAP. It's just me and my cat, "Pickles" - who is vaccinated, fixed and can stay strictly in my room with me if that's preferred (He's used to staying in my room only ever since his birth so it's no problem as long as there's sufficient space.) He does not spray or smell and I'm extremely vigilant about keeping his litter box clean and free of that "cat smell" (lol... I'm A little OCD about it, tbh).

I'm very easygoing and generally keep to myself, but I definitely get along very well with pretty much anyone! (I guess you could say I'm friendly but not like annoyingly so, lol) I have lived with roommates for the past 10 years and have never had a problem. No drama!

I'm looking for a place in or around Tustin / Irvine and prefer a private room + bathroom if possible. (I like to keep my space very clean lol)
