Hello, I'm looking for a room to rent in OC. It's just me and my cat, "Pickles" - who is vaccinated, fixed and can stay strictly in my room with me if that's preferred (He's used to staying in my room only ever since his birth so it's no problem as long as there's sufficient space.) He does not spray or smell and I'm extremely vigilant about keeping his litter box clean and free of that "cat smell" (lol... I'm A little OCD about it, tbh).

I'm very laid back and generally keep to myself, but I definitely get along very well with pretty much anyone - I work with clients in mental health treatment after all 😆! (I guess you could say I'm friendly but not like annoyingly so, lol) I have lived with roommates for the past 10+ years and have never had a problem. No drama!

I'm looking for a place in or around Tustin / Irvine / Santa Ana / Newport Beach / Costa Mesa and prefer a private room + bathroom if possible. (I like to keep my space clean lol)
