Studio or Private Room Wanted

I'm an organized, responsible professional who works partly from home, partly onsite. I always pay rent on time and maintain a clean environment. When I'm not working or adventuring in the outdoors, I enjoy community events with others or quiet, leisurely activities around home like reading, watching a film/series, playing classical guitar, cooking, etc.

I'm currently transitioning, looking for something available at least 9-12 months. My ideal housing arrangement would be something like a private studio or a room that has a private bathroom, but I'm also open to sharing a bathroom. Similarly, having a shared kitchen and living room can also be welcome as an fun way to socialize with others.
