Looking for roommate/room

Hi there! I’m a graduate student looking for a place for me and my cocker spaniel mix (6yrs) or a female roommate.
I’m easy going, friendly and usually more of a night owl. I’ll be in school majority of the days so won’t be around during the day. If I’m home I’ll most likely just be studying with my headphones on in my own space. I’m hoping to find someone with similar lifestyle of being clean, respectful of each other boundaries and not being strangers in our living space. If you want to talk I would be more than happy to but I also understand just wanting space.
I love working out, hanging out with friends, going to concerts and playing video games. Let me know if we’d be a good fit!
I would prefer my own bedroom and sharing a bathroom is okay.
