General Store Manager

Hey, I'm Josh, I go by Jet!
I just moved back east after five years pursuing a life on the West Coast, coming back to be closer to family and friends. I'm relocating from NC to VA to start a new role as a general store manager. I'm 31, Puerto Rican, Peruvian, and Venezuelan (no sabo kid, I don't speak Spanish). Born in NY, raised in VA.

I'm looking for a peaceful, clean space where I can recharge and just exist outside of work. I'm social, personable, and easygoing, but I also value my downtime.
My foundations are authenticity, trust, and respect. I give what I expect. If you're more introverted, I'm totally fine keeping things low-key and mostly text-based. I adapt to whoever I'm living with. Communication and transparency go a long way with me.

I'm big into analog photography, skateboarding culture, fashion, anime, and gaming! I cook, and I'm genuinely hyper-aware of cleanliness in my space and in the shared spaces as well. No dishes piling up, no trash, no food trails left around, none of my belongings out of place. I do clean very often like sweeping, dusting, wiping-down and mopping if needed. I have to disclose this because I’ve had a roomate who consistently wouldn’t do their part. Which led to his exile from a group decision lmao. (Sidenote: we gave him a year to work on it, more than enough time).

Lastly, my main priority/goal right now is to save up before signing my own lease for my own place. Looking forward to meeting whoever's out there!
