Looking for a social, fun and clean apartment

I’m the COO of a YC-backed AI startup, an upcoming author, a certified life and business coach, and the owner of Hot Date Kitchen (a snack brand). I’ve lived all over the world (Copenhagen, Barcelona, Istanbul, Montreal, and now NYC), and every place I’ve been, I prefer social, warm, “we actually talk to each other” apartments rather than everyone hiding in their rooms or living alone.
I’m social and love spending time with my roommates and friends, hosting dinners, movie nights, or having people over. My roommates and I have done everything from parties and raves to quiet nights in, and I enjoy both ends of that spectrum. That said, I also value downtime and personal space.
I train in kickboxing and lift weights 4-6 days a week, and usually have events or meetups 3–5 evenings a week that I'm out for. I typically work from home, but considering getting a coworking space.
I keep things clean and appreciate when others do the same, especially in the kitchen. You'll see me bring home wine or chocolate for us to try multiple times a week. I'm big into sharing.
I currently work from home, but plan to get a coworking space soon. I don’t cook much unless it’s for others, so the kitchen stays pretty tidy.
