Room wanted near the coast (OB, PB, etc.)

Hi! I am a 27 year old female teacher with 2 cats. I am looking for a room in a place with roommates who enjoy being friends with the people they live with. Cooking, hanging out, playing board games, going out to eat, etc. I am new to the area so socializing is important to me.

I am fairly organized but wouldn't call myself a clean freak or anything. I would like my roommates to share all the chores of the home- mopping, vacuuming, putting dishes in the dishwasher, etc. I understand that life happens, however, and that it is unreasonable to expect the house to be clean every second of every day.

Honestly the biggest thing I'm looking for is someone who has reasonable expectations, picks up after themselves, and can have honest discussions/confrontations about anything that is bothering you. I don't allow myself to build up resentment, so if there is anything I dislike that you might be doing I will bring it up with you kindly and immediately. I expect the same in return for anything I do that might annoy you (lol no roommate situation is EVER perfect and that's okay!).

I am a teacher, so you can expect me to be at work Aug-Jun from 7:30am-4pm. Summers off. I go to bed at reasonable hours but every once in a while I'll stay up on the weekends. I don't play loud music but wouldn't mind if you did so long as it's not at 2am lol.
