Seeking Room or Micro-Studio

Professional male in his early 40s seeking a small room or micro\-studio in a safe, quiet neighborhood. I’d prefer a private room but I would take a dining room or closet if I can put a sheet over the door for privacy. If you have any extra space, this is a great way to get easy income on it with minimal impact on your life and lifestyle.

I work extremely long hours and spend most of my free time at the gym, so I’m rarely home. I am clean, quiet, respectful, and have stable employment. Non-smoker, no drugs, no pets, and very rarely drink.

My schedule is generally:

- Leave early in the morning
- Return quietly around 10–11 PM
- away on weekends
