My name is Kristen and I am a writer/lighting restoration specialist/recovering academic looking for a room. I currently live in Bed-Stuy on a month-to-month while I find something long term.

I work in the restoration studio 3 days a week and an artist/writing studio 2 days. Looking for a quiet place for long term, preferably with roommates who have a creative practice, as well. I am an introvert, nonsmoker, pescatarian. Low maintenance but high standards, I keep a meticulous living space that’s serene and supports rest and good thinking. All former roommates (they moved out of NYC) will give me great references.
