Quiet guy looking for roommates

Hi! My name is Mark. I recently relocated to South Florida and I would like to find a roommate(s) and meet people. I work from home in real estate marketing, but I often head to the coffee shop or find other cool spots to work. I’m a very laid-back guy, I often join running groups, like eating out, I like pretty much anything outdoors. Not really a party kind of guy, but I enjoy a beer or wine. I would require my own private room and preferably bathroom. I’m pretty low key, but I would also prefer a place that’s walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, activities, etc. Not into smokers in the house, lots of partying in the house, or super loud people. I’m also gay, if that matters. But again, I’m super low key and not too much into the scene.
