Looking for laid back, upbeat household

Hello-

I'm looking for a room and private bath(but willing to share bath with one CLEAN person) in a Covid-responsible household. Female roomie preferred. I love plants, reading, swimming, dance, and spending time with friends and family.

I don't need absolute peace and quiet, but I'm looking for a party-free environment that's quiet at night. I like to decompress at the end of the day. I don't blare the TV or blast music, and am asking the same of my living environment.

About me:
-Easy going: I don't sweat the small stuff. Looking for a roomie with a sense of humor. Life is too short.
-Open to rooming with most age groups, but please be past the drama/partying/getting wasted stage and bringing the party home.
-LGBTQIA affirming
-Looking for a laid back, upbeat environment.
-Respectful of other people's belongings, space, and personal boundaries. I ask for the same in roommates.
-Trustworthy: references available.
-I won't have any overnight guests. I don't have any kids.
-I clean up after myself and leave no trace in common areas. Not interested in living with slobs and not interested in picking up after roomies.
-I'm drug-free, booze free, drama free. If drugs, alcohol, toxic people, Fox News, right-wing conspiracy theories, and chaos are a way of life for you, I wouldn't be a good roommate fit.

I enjoy being around pets, and I'm partial to kitties. However, dogs are case by case: hyper, needy dogs that bark a lot are a deal breaker for me.

Minimal kitchen use, but will need access to in-house washer/dryer
