Hi there! I’m Samantha. I love the beach, laughing at The Mindy Project, traveling, yoga and meditation.
I’ve worked and lived in and around NYC for over 10 years. I also had a digital nomad chapter thrown in there where I lived all over Europe, Mexico and Australia for a few years.
While I love NYC, it’s time for a change and I’m planning to move to Miami this summer. I’ve spent several months living in Miami and have friends there so I am pretty familiar with the area.
My preferred locations are Brickell, Edgewater, Design District. Or I’m open to being by the beach in mid beach.
Around the house I’m pretty laid back. I like the kitchen and bathroom to be clean. And I really value cleanliness. I love a spacious home with a lot of natural light and little clutter. I buy flowers a lot and light candles as I also like a home to feel cozy.
Roomate-wise, I like to live with someone I can be friends with. Of course, have our own things going on, but can also watch movies, have morning coffee on the weekends and go out together is my ideal situation!
I’m open to living with women or gay men. Im liberal and am looking to live with someone with similar values.
