Dear Potential Roommate:

I am employed as a corporate administrator and a free-lance event planner. Your room can be furnished or unfurnished, but it should have a nice window --- I need a lot of light.

It’s important to me to live with people who are quiet, respectful of boundaries and are tidy with good bathroom habits. I enjoy cooking and never leave trash out or unwashed dishes overnight in the sink. I believe in a “no shoe” policy at home as Covid and other influenzas stick on your clothing and shoes and though we think it is over, there are still people getting sick in NYC. I have an air purifier and sanitize the kitchen and bathroom after each use.

I think get togethers and dinners with friends on occasion or a good movie night is fun! But, you needn’t worry about me “bringing the party home,” because after a long day, it’s best to chill. I am fun to be around, have lots of energy and love good food, concerts, dancing and sports.

I was educated (MA from The New School of Media Studies, NYC) and enjoy life to the fullest with family – especially my beautiful god daughters who are who are the loves of my life.

Any gender would be okay, and I've lived with single men before with no issues. I have lots of practice as I grew up with 5 male cousins, 2 brothers, and two fathers- lol). I do enjoy company every now and then but never bring a party home. No drinking, or other substance abuse, but I do like an occational glass of wine when I make Italian dishes.
