I am a semi-retired youthful 79-year-old professional woman who needs to rent a room for 6 mos-1 year while I establish a business I can run from home. I am looking to move between May 28 and May 31, 2026 when my current lease expires.

I'm quiet - but with a big laugh and finely honed but quirky sense of humor! - and would be working mostly out of the home

I have 2 well-behaved cats which I would keep in the room and would change litter at least once daily.
