Professional senior, super clean, work full time

I’m a senior, Non-Smoker, Clean, Quiet Male looking for a shared space, preferably a house. Looking for a good match with a good person. I’m looking to spend up to $200 per week for a private room. I’m able to help around the house with almost anything you need and, definitely will carry my weight caring for your property. 

I mostly work late afternoons and evenings except when I’m substitute teaching. I hold a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.. My only nonnegotiable is smoking. I can’t live around smoke, even if it’s just outside, sorry. 

I've been involved with dog training and animal rescue much of my adult life so, if you have pets they are a plus for me!
