My name is Nathaniel and I am a professional, responsible male looking for a room for the next couple months. I consider myself the best renter/roommate that anyone can find. I am safe, sane, intelligent, positive, highly responsible, quiet, respectful, clean, organized, friendly. Non smoker with no pets and no drugs. I would have no visitors and would be working 90% of the time. Paying rent is not an issue. A quiet and safe area is important to me as well as an honest, responsible, clean and well balanced roommate. We both know that it’s all bout finding the right renter/landlord relationship.
