I have a disability. Although I can't climb any stairs, I am ambulatory, but not for long distances. I need access to UCSF Medical Center for tests. A writer/translator, I tend to keep to myself, although I would love to be able to go to museums, theater, concerts again. I used to live in SF. I repeat, I can care for myself, but I need ground floor or wheelchair access.
I don't want to cope with smoking, cockroaches, or vermin. Otherwise, I am open minded and reliable, although I am in no condition to be cleaning up after my flat mates.
