Hi, I currently live in Prospect Park South by Church Ave Q station. Would love a new space nearby but open to different areas in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Seeking decent sized room, closet space and room enough to throw down a yoga mat. Furnished or unfurnished. I’ll keep the majority of my stuff in storage except for the basics.

Budgeted to $1,700 depending on area (distance for commute) and situation. Main job (m-f 11-6) near Carroll Street F/G and Borough Hall stops. Additional work in other parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan so open to anywhere as long as it’s not too far out and close to subway.
Me: Musician (guitar), mature, easygoing, creative professional (singer-songwriter, actress, photographer, videographer). Don’t bring the party home. Always neat, clean, pitch in! Love to cook—nothing too extravagant, not vegetarian but super healthy.

Love: music, streaming, reading, biking, travel, local parks/culture, keeping up w/languages—Spanish, French, Italian and more.
Roommates: Hoping for friendly, tidy, respectful, responsible, good communicators, easy going and welcoming with plenty of space for my food in kitchen and stuff in bathroom.
