Relaxed & quiet student looking to room by Feb. 3!

Hey there! I’m Vic and I’m a student at Parsons. I’m looking for a decently sized bedroom in any Manhattan neighborhood in the UES and EWS and all neighborhoods south of there. I’d like to live with anybody who is relatively clean and non-intrusive. I’m quiet and often busy, so I’ll be working from inside my room or out in the city most of the time. I keep kitchen and bathroom spaces very clean. I keep things friendly, but I understand that we are all busy and need space. Please reach out if you have anything available! I am going to be flying back into NY on Feb. 3rd, so I would like to have the place secured by then or by that week.
