Hello…I am a mature person seeking a room short or long term. I’m financially stable, honest, dependable and reliable looking for a quite living space in proximity to the San Fernando Valley area. Normally, I’m asleep by 8:00 pm and awake at 4:00. My shift starts at 6:00 a.

Additionally, I’ve been in the area (L. A. County) my entire life. Please: I am NOT looking for multiple roommates or a party environment and/or NO DRUGS of any kind. I’m an independent person with a good attitude and sense of humor and very adaptable to other types of individuals and environments.
